Hi all,

I want to add a custom field in case resolution form. How can i achieve this? please suggest.

    Hi Abi,

    Case resolution form is not customizable. You may have to think of a work-around by creating a form or page to replace it or using a dialog

    can we accomplish this task without coding part? Is there any OOB feature?

    You have to write your own control as web resource, remove out of the box ribbon button, add your own that will open your control. There you can have your own custom button.
