Dynamics GP 2013
We would like to set the default for 'Quantity Returned' on a "Return" document type line item (Sales Transaction Entry) to '1' after the 'Item Number' has been entered.
When we use the "Invoice" document type the 'Invoice Quantity' defaults to '1' however the "Return" document type defaults to '0'.
Please can anyone tell us if this is possible?

You must have a customization on the Invoice. You'll need a similar customization on the Return. Standard GP behavior is a default quantity of zero.
