    Hello,

Open Plugin registration tool, log in to CRM Organization and disable that plugin.

    Hi,

It doesnt matter from where did you create(registered) your Plugin.

    1. Get the name of the Plugin which needs to be deactivated.

    2. Download CRM 2016 SDK and in Tools Folder you will find Plugin Registration Tools.

    3. Select the assembly and click on Unregister.

Follow this MSDN , to login to you organization.
