
Hi guys,
I am trying to use Copilot for Finance in Outlook to update customer information in Dynamics 365 Finance.
Updating the collection status works as expected and the customer open transaction status is updated correctly. However, when I click Save email or Save note (see below), I cannot find the saved email or note anywhere in Dynamics 365 Finance, either on the customer record or on the customer transactions.
Could you please advise why this information is not visible in Finance and where it should appear?
