Switching from Vacation/Sick to PTO

My company will eventually be switching from a vacation & sick policy to just PTO.  I understand setting up new codes and schedules in PTO Manager, and I'll need to combine an employee's current vacation and sick time available into the new code, are there any other things I should be aware of/gotcha's?
