Hi,
you have to move the customizations and, then, you have to move the data (possibly using such tools as Scribe or SSIS, though it can become a project in itself)
The easiest solution might be to just import a backup of your onprem database to a new online org, but, to the best of my knowledge, MS is not offering such service

Unfortunately, MS proposes nothing in this case. Normally you have to transfer separately both customizations and data.
