Go Live button (only for managers)

Hello,

Is it possible that some users are only able to create & update emails, customer journeys, social media posts, ....

and that another user (e.g. manager) can then revise the content and 'go live'/approve it?

In short: can the button 'Go Live' or 'Post'/'Schedule' be made available on for certain security roles?

if not, what is the alternative?

Many thanks for your support upfront.

    Hi,

It is recommended to refer to the replies of the following issue:

(+) Dynamics 365 Marketing " Go live" Security Role permission - Dynamics 365 Marketing Forum Community Forum

You can achieve your request with Ribbon Workbench, which can be downloaded and imported as a solution or simply accessed in XrmToolBox.

Or you can use Power Automate to approve or reject the Go live requests.
