Reprint SOP Invoice - GP2010 R2

Client just upgraded to GP2010 R2.

When they try to reprint SOP invoices from the inquiry or collection screens, they receive the following meassage:

 

"Please close the Sales Print Options  window before continuting"  When we click OK and close all open windows, the same message pops up.

How can I fix this? Thanks
