How I can get assets from the LCS asset library?

Hello,

I am trying to configure a local instance of D365 to work with Power BI reports. I am following the steps from this YT:

Getting to the point of deploying Power BI files. I get the following error:

I have already tried the suggestions from this link:

I already have a connection with LCS in System administration -> Setup -> System parameters -> Help

Can someone please help me?
