    Hi benjamin84,

Why should an administrator recall/request a change to an approved PO?

I would expect that a system administrator is not actively involved in the daily business and that 'ordinary' purchase department users can process all their ordinary business processes.

Can you possibly provide some additional details on this question/request?

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

yes you right, only related user that should do the task.

I checked and found out my superior did the submission PO. I don't know the history, wheather the workflow error so my superior do the submission again.

I need to recall/request change it, since I cant often request my superior to do that task.

    Thank you

    Hi Ludwig,

is there any way so administrator user could do request change for some po ?

because I can't ask my superior often to request change the po, ( all error workflow PO being resubmitted by him, days ago my superior helped to resubmitted again the po )

    thank you

    Hi Benjamin,

I don't know which workflow you use exactly but the standard workflows include a step 'request change' that allows to route back a workflow for asking users to make changes.

I guess this is what you are looking for.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

the PO is already approved and confirmed.

That's why its cant be 'sent back to the requester' by using 'request change' menu at approver side.

    its already approved.

Do only submitter that can only do request change at AP-Purchase Action Pane - Request Change menu for Approved PO ?

    Thank you

    Hi Benjamin

I have the similar requirement. Did you get to know how to solve this or which duty/role can recall the workflow submitted by user other than the owner of the workflow ?

    Many thanks in advance

    Ramakrishna
