Workflow send emails

Hello,

when a user does something in dynamics and cause a workflow to run and it sends out an email. Instead of sending it to the client I want to send it to the particular user who is sending the email.

how can I alter the email template to do this ?

has to do with users ?

You need to update workflow which is used to send email. In workflow you need to change TO field from client to user.

Yes but how to do it to not just a specific user but any user who sends it to send it to themselves instead of the client ?

What you answer is sending it to that particular or specific user.

You mentioned users does something and then workflow is triggering, then you can use record modified by in workflows to field.
