Withholding tax not calculated for Saudi Arabia

I am trying to calculate withholding tax at the time of payment to vendor in one of the legal entity in Saudi Arabia. But system does not calculate any tax.

Isn't withholding tax tied to the ISO-code of the country? Last time I have seen the tax posting classes I could recall country-codes. Maybe your legal entity's address is in a country that is not supported by the code and you should include it. Try switching it over to UK in a test environment and see if that makes a difference. If yes, then you might have to change the AX code.

Hi Kriti,

The withholding tax feature should generally work for Saudi Arabia.

Unfortunately, we cannot see all Setups that have been done.

For that reason, probably try to compare your Setup with the instructions provided here:

technet.microsoft.com/.../gg213414.aspx

There are some probably some country-specific features that you missed.

Would be great if you could verify your Setup with what is described on the TechNet site.

If any other help is required feel free continuing posting here probably with some additional screenshots attached :-)
