FRx - Why doesn't show all subaccounts

Posted on by 260

Hi,

I created a report in FRx and  in rows I write the account 89????. It only shows me 3 subaccount, however there are more in the screen Account/Sub Account Resume (01.302.00).

Do you know, what table read Frx to show that???

without looking at it...  i would suggest the following:

    2 options:

    1. go to Report Options>Advanced Tab>Exception Report>click on Report Missing Accounts

    and/or

    2. go to Report Options>Formatting>General Options>click on Dislpay rows w/no amounts

it might be easier to create a Tree to use... then, you would know exactly what sub's you're pulling from.

    hope this helps,

    Hi Rich,

Yes I have the 89 in the H column of RowSetup, The report does not use tree, so I only have rows and Columns.

The problem is when I drilldown on the account , it only shows 3 subaccount and there are more subaccount with transacction..

    Jhenny,

I'm assuming you have the 89???? in the Row setup 'H' column.  Did you set your subaccounts up in the Tree setup?

Edit:  as for the table it pulls from... if i'm not mistaken, it pulls from the GLtran.
