Tax calculations service setup in RCS and reverse charge setup

Hello!

I have read this quiet informative article about reverse charge. (link below)

But is there a similar article for the setup in Tax Calculation Service?

I am looking for some kind of screenshots about the reverse charge setup for EU countries in Tax calculations parts in done using the RCS functionality
