Hello,

sometime we have a screeenshot or someting else in a mail body and when we include it in the CRM it's appear as an attache file.

How can we do to make it stay in the mail body and not in attached file.

Another question is about my mail signature that come in a attache file of the mail when i put it in the CRM.

    It is also can be using template.

    Just copy paste from the HTML result

    Hi Aileen,

    we use the set regarding button in Outlook and that means we have to reopen every email with an image in the body to include it ?

    And do you have an idea to exclude our mail signature that appear as an attached file in every mail we include in the CRM.

    Hi Aileen,

    I think Sebastien may also be referring to emails received (or sent) from Outlook - and then tracked in CRM.  Any images in those emails show as attachments when he views the email in CRM.

    It's exactly what i want to say. i dont want the image in the email body go in attachement when i track it in CRM.

    (i have to change account).
