Project Service: Bookings and Tasks Fails To Load - No Menus Load - Locked Out of CRM

I have setup Project Service : Bookings and Tasks screen as my start screen in Dynamics 365 CRM. This screen has not loaded properly since I set it up as my start screen, it just sits there saying "Processing, please wait..." and never shows anything.

It used to do that but still show the top level menus, so I could navigate to where I needed to, but as of July 3, it no longer loads the top CRM menus.

I am now blocked from using Dynamics CRM completely.

Can anybody advise a fix or work-around for this issue?
