is Payroll going to be available in AX2012 at GA release, if not ,anyone know when expected?

My understanding is that the Microsoft Payroll will be available 12 - 18 months after General Release.
The Loki AX Payroll will be available for the August 2011 release.
Just to confirm then Loki will be ready with GA of AX2012 this year (2011), but Microsoft payroll will be in 12-18 months
Yes we are just finishing User Acceptance Testing at our lead customer for the Loki Global Payroll for AX 2012. They go live the end of the month. We will be releasing Global Payroll for AX 2012 in the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia in August 2011.
Kees Hertogh (Director Global AX Product Management) announced at Convergence in April that the Microsoft US Payroll will not be available until August 2012 or later.
related to pricing of payroll, is the line that is on the AX Pricer today, for Loki Payroll for AX2009 version or for Microsoft Payroll and when the price list comes out for GA release of AX2012 what will it be for Loki or will payroll not be listed on AX2012 price list at GA
