Issues adding event handler

I've added events in the past, but today for some reason I added my library and then if I do anything in the event handlers section (Add or Edit) the whole thing freezes up and becomes unresponsive?? I am seeing this in production and in my sandbox?

Anyone else having this issue?

Also this is for the form onload events... I just tried on individual control and was able to do a onchange event??

Playing with this more... looks like it is launching the event handlers dialog, but that dialog is launching BEHIND the original form properties dialog so makes it seem that everything is hung, because the dialog is opened and I can't get to it!

Anyone know how to fix this?

Another update. I tried in Chrome and the dialogs worked fine! So must be something Microsoft broken with their latest Edge Chromium browser... arrgg
