How do I set up Job Costing Module in Navision 2018

I would like to find out if Job Costing Module is already in Navision 2018?

    Attached is the Jobs Granule Manuals. This version 2009. There have been updated from 2009 to 2018 but those will be evident when you work thru the Granule.
