Hi There,

I am running AX setup file to install client in windows 7 PC, but setup is showing me black Wizard screen.

Below is the screen shot.

It not showing Install AX Components link.

I set the default program, Compatibility mode and also tried to run setup as admin but still the same.

Please guide me how to solve the issue.

Are you logged in as a local administrator?

Are you running setup from a network share? Mapped drive? Try running from a mapped drive first, then copying it locally and running setup.

Do you have UAC enabled? Try disabling UAC first and re-run.
