Need to create the different work basis on Item.

Hello All,

I have one sales order with three line with three item Acid, Alkyne, Liquid .

Now I need to create the work order basis of combination Acid, Liquid or Alkyne ,Liquid. Because as per requirement never Acid and Alkyne will together.

Could you please help me to achieve this scenario.

    How about creating separate works for each Item Group/Type (acid/alkaline/liquid), in that case?

    Thanks so much for reply !!

    We can not use both option because they want to use whole pallet where they want to put one acid/alkyne and liquid.

    Pallet is like a box there they are putting the item after rapping they are sending to customer.

    If we are using the single item once then in pallet space is still available also they need three pallet for each item.

    Can we ask the pickers to pick items in the order Acid -> Liquid -> Alkyne, or Alkyne -> Liquid -> Acid?

    If yes, you could configure the pick snake (Location sort code, and sorting on the Work template) to send the pickers to locations in that order. Then you could use 'Full' when a box is full, or when a box contains Acid & Liquid and there is only Alkyne left to pick.

    'Full' is enabled by ticking 'Allow splitting of work' on the mobile device menu item.

    As per my requirement i need to create the separate work also so he can assign the some different worker.

    If AX should create separate Work automatically, what is the rule that you want it to use to break that work? I mean, without worrying about what AX can or can't do, tell me a rule that describes how the requirement says the work should be split.
