take a look at the followings

1 make sure what is the local currency.
2 inspect the currencies page and ensure the currency you are using for transaction for that customer has been correctly setup. From the error message, it shows a date range. Make sure if the date range is set up manually, the date of the transaction doesn't fall out of the date range on the currency card. Otherwise BC will complain.

This is a bit weird indeed, is there a developer who can debug this?
I think this helps find the problem quickly.

    Thanks

One possibility - is your local currency GBP? If that’s the case, you don’t need to set up this currency on the 'Currencies' page. If it is already set up, you can delete it to avoid any error messages.

    Hello,

Do you have any third-party extensions installed?

Can you reenact to same error and then go to 'Help & Support' and take a look at the last known error?

    Hi,

The currency code and posting details in Customer card is in EURO, but while putting the customer in Sales quote the below error is showing. Below two screenshots for your reference.

Please suggest how to resolve the same.

    Hello,

You need to add an exchange rate for GBP because the customer's currency code field is set to GBP.

When you create a sales or purchase document with a currency code on the customer/vendor record, the system will need to look for the exchange rate from the exchange rate table based on the document's date.
