I tried to open dynamics ax 2012 remotely, but it did not work .. I can access the remote but the program itself does not open and this problem only in one employee
What do you mean by remotely? Is it some sort of RDP connection or VPN or cytrix or ?
If it is working for other employees and not working for one, it seems to be user machine issue.
Some hints could be:
Recheck by pinging AX App server from user machine,
recheck client configuration file on user machine
recheck user added in AX users
