Dynamics URL is not available in Email template?

Hi Expert,

do you have any other suggestions? Basically, we need the dynamics url value in email template, we do not want to use the oob workflow create email or send email method, because it is very difficult to maintain.

Hi,

Forgot to mention, Please also consider the approach for the existing data.

1. ) Create a console application

- set your workflow as on demand

- Fetch all records and pass into ExecuteWorkflowRequest .

2. ) Manually

- set your workflow as on demand.

- Run the workflow in bulk via advanced find filter by the newly created field is equal to empty.

Hi,

You can create a custom string (url) field in your entity, then trigger a workflow to update the dynamics url into this field when record is created .
