Status Reason=Cancelled on newly created accounts

Hello,

Working with the CRM and need some help here please. We have PowerApps for creating accounts and flows that trigger based on certain conditions. But there is a reoccurring problem where when a new account is created, everything works fine, but the status reason is always set to cancelled instead of active. Does anyone know why this is happening? I went through the flow for creating the work orders and there are fields with different status labels in them, do I change those to "Active"? I tried changing the "Staus" field in the flow, but it's saying it has to be an integer. Is that just like 1 for on and 0 for off or something?

    Hi,

Can you check if any workflow /plugin is registered on work order which is causing this issue?

Enable audit history and check the history.

Also, can you please send the screenshot of your entire flow

In your post description first you say Account status is cancelled but then you say work order. Please confirm

The flow that handles the new accounts is called "customer work order", there is nothing in the audit history either. And yes, in the CRM, after an account is created the "Status reason' field automatically goes to cancelled.

Have you checked what the integer value is for that field and tried entering that as per the example below

So for active it should be set to 1?

Edit: I tried putting 1 in the flow and it says to enter a valid integer.
