Mass Close or delete Open POs

We have along list of Open POs that are no longer needed. Is there a way to mass
close or Mass-delete Open POs? Our ultimate objective is to inactivate vendors
that we no longer deal with, but the open POs are preventing us from doing
that. Any thoughts/suggestions appreciated. -
