Scenario in PSA/Project Ops: You have created a project and assigned/booked resources to a project that has not started yet because you are in the planning stages. Now you need to shift the project timeline a couple weeks. Is there an elegant way of shifting all the bookings as well? It seems as if this would be a common use case, but it does not seem obvious how to do it automatically.
Has anyone done this in Project Operations/PSA?

I am not aware of a way to shift bookings unless you do it manually today (we do not have the crew concept in PO yet). The way I work with the application is by using “generic resources” first in the early stages of the project because NOW we are just pricing and costing the project.
After the deal is sealed and we have a “contract” I would start booking! Because I only want to hard-book resources when I have a GO for my project.
Otherwise, I do not have the complete picture. I booked resources time and they “seem busy” to the rest of the company, but then I just change it at the last minute and lose the benefit of planning.
