You cannot release the earnings because one or more of the selected earnings statements is not fully distributed. Distribute all earnings in full to release the statements.

I am getting error when I am trying to release earning statement for only contractual employee in AX 2012. First of all I would like to tell you that I have developed excel uploader for importing contractual employees. When I am running release earning statement for only those employees it is giving me following error:
