Hi,
I have an environment with users actively using Dynamics GP SSRS Reports.
For some reasons the SSRS Report Manager page now shows as blank page when users access it as how they usually do. Actions below had been taken, but to no avail.
- Restart SQL Server Reporting Services
- Restart World Wide Web Publishing Services (though may not be relevant)
- Restart the Dynamics GP Server (all services resides in the same server)
- Checked and confirmed that the Report Manager folder in Program Files are still intact
This "blank page" is seen in all client machines and in the server, for all users. Anybody has any clue on what / where else to look at ?
