My company needs installation and start-up support for a new factory in Belgium. Am having trouble finding a firm to help. Ideas on how I could do this?

It does open the US site but you can search by country as well.
Jeff is correct we cannot from the Microsoft side refer you to a partner. Pinpoint has all partners and you can search for the one that best fits your needs.
