It's depended on its type, if it is an components in solution like views(savedQuery), fields, forms, entities...they all need to be published after saved.
If it is a feature like business rule, workflow...it only need to be saved and activate.
In your case, the SavedQuery and SavedQueryVisualization represent View, and SiteMap represents SiteMap, SystemForm represents all the customizations for entity forms includes fields and form events, and Web Resource represents Web Resource.In addition, updates for entity properties are also need to be published.
