Why am I unable to close a quote as won if there's a project assigned to a quote line?

Hi! I'm unable to close a quote as won every time I assign a project to a quote line. When I click close as won, it only asks if I want to close the quote and if I hit yes/ok, it says Processing... and nothing happens. I expect a project contract will be created after I close a quote as won.

On my investigation, I noticed:

  • If I used Non System Admin Role, I can close a quote as won if there is no assigned project in a quote line
  • If I used Non System Admin Role, I can close a quote as won if there are no quote lines.
  • I can create new projects with my Non System Admin Role. 
  • If I used Non System Admin Role, nothing happens after I click Close Quote as Won if there is a project assigned to a quote line. If I remove the project in the quote line, the Close Quote as Won is working as expected.
  • If I used System Admin role, there are no problems with closing a quote as won even if there's a project assigned to a quote line.

My Non System Admin Role has access to Opportunity, Order, Quotes, Project Contracts. 

Did I miss any access I need to give to my Non Sys Admin role? I need to close a quote as won as Non System Admin if there are Projects assigned to a Quote.
