Hi I just created a trial of D365 for Retail but I am unable to create or see the option to create channel profile in the channel deployment section. I am unable to see th server URL.
Some other options like organization hierarchy configuration are also missing.
Any help here would be great!

you need to go Retail>Channel setup>Channel profile. Three of profile you must to define. Retail server, Media server, Cloud server. Then validate.
Retail server URL is on LCS platform.
