D365 for Retail doesn’t show channel profiles in channel setup

Hi I just created a trial of D365 for Retail but I am unable to create or see the option to create channel profile in the channel deployment section. I am unable to see th server URL. Some other options like organization hierarchy configuration are also missing. Any help here would be great! Thanks, Ranjana

    Hi Ranjana,

    you need to go Retail>Channel setup>Channel profile. Three of profile you must to define. Retail server, Media server, Cloud server. Then validate.

    Retail server URL is on LCS platform.
