Price List Item does not have Sync Filter - Field Service App - Resco

Hi all,

Sync Filter is disabled in Price List Item in a mobile app. Could you please let me know, how do I enable it?

I have the same issue with about 70K records in Price List Item, and it take too long to sync it. Could you please share how you solve your issue?

The issue is without a sync filter all price list items will sync down for every price list. You can set it up to only sync the price lists associated with work

Orders (Based on work order filter) and then only sync down the items within that price list. However this all depends on business requirements and needs

Anybody managed to solve this? If we keep adding pricebooks with price list items soon we will be hitting 200.000 records. I wan't to limit this (Either by records or by not syncronizing price list items at all)

I think the solution for us is to set the sync to only online (We only use offline mode) as far as i can see it cannot be differentiated what price list items are synced. Then no pricelist items will be syncronized. (They are updated when synced to the server)

Previously I have created a custom entity to link Bookable Resource with Price List as a 1:N - you can then use this entity to apply your sync filter to.

But then it will still sync price list items? You only limit price lists?
