CRM 2015 Outlook Plugin Automatic Login

Hello - is it possible to prevent the Outlook CRM client from logging in the user automatically to CRM when they first open Outlook? It is skewing our usage report. Thanks in advance.

Hi Eric Blanco ,

In Outlook
Go to File Menu
Select CRM
Navigate to Sign Out Option
select Sign out and Forget me
close Outlook
when you start outlook , you will be prompted for the credentials to connect CRM organization . Simply ignore that and start outlook it will be without CRM.

When you need to connect your CRM organization need to restart outlook , enter credentials for CRM Organization.
