Capacity Planning and Work Shift

Hi:
 
I don't see details in the setup of a Shift Code in Production.
 
How is the lunch hour and, for that matter, the number of hours of work accounted for in capacity planning for production?
 
Specifically, where is the screen where you say to subtract 1 hour from the work day for lunch?

    You can also build it into your Working Days, such as:
    Monday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm - Shift 1
    Monday 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm - Shift 1
    Tuesday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm - Shift 1
    ETC.
     
    Just depends on granular you want to get with the capacity calculation.
