Hello! I have recently downloaded the 15 days trial version of Adobe Sign from Microsoft App Store. The managed solution of the app is downloaded in the Solutions area and I am able to see the Adobe Sign on my sitemap. I have signed in for Adobe Sign Trial account.
Can someone suggest me on how can I connect my Adobe Sign from org with my Adobe Sign Account so that I can send the signatures for approval?
