When deploying a Allinone Deployment package on a new LCS based in the EU, the deployment fails in the pre-servicing stage and rolls back. Error Logs are Empty.
It could be a time out as it always fails between 27 and 30 minutes..
Additional information
- The package deploys with no issue on another LCS based in the US.
- The package is created in Visual Studio on a standalone DEV machine, this process has been used many times before.
- Standard quality updates apply on the machine with no issue.
- Other versions of the package have been prepared with different content and these also fail, so unlikely to be a corruption on upload.
- The package was 10.0.28 being applied to a 10.0.32, but a new UAT was created at 10.0.29 and the package was set to 10.0.29 and it still failed.
- The application of the package has been tried several times, same issue.
The error message on failure (if caught before the roll back makes it inaccessible) is

Any ideas? with no logs there does not seem to be a way to analyse this.
