I want this same button to be kept in business central , can anyone say how ?

    Edit in outlook button ... if i mark that check box and give ok it should redirect me to the outlook as email

    The edit in Outlook feature is not available in Business Central like it was in the older NAV versions where you used the windows client.

    If you want to send your e-mails through outlook and use Business Central related content in them i recommend that you take a look at the outlook add-in for Business Central.

    The edit in Outlook function was not available when using the web client even in the earlier versions if i remember correctly.

    Hi, Unfortunately, this feature is not available in BC Modern Client. Couldn't add it back.

    You can add it to Microsoft Idea if you need it.

    And in recent versions, BC has been enhancing the mail editor.
