Hello Gazmo,

Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain databases backup and recovery are self-service actions that should be taken through Lifecycle Services.

Hi Gazmo, For Database you can recover using point in time restore for sandbox and production environments and bacpac or bak files for Tier1 environments.

Also, there is this MS doc on Business continuity and disaster recovery
