How do I add a LOGO to the Remittance Advice which is emailed to a vendor for ACH payments?

Hi
I am assuming you are using Word templates.
Go to Reports > Template Configuration
Click on the Images button
Highlight the company you wish to add the logo for
Click on the plus (+) sign and navigate where you have the logo (jpeg, bmp etc) file.
You may need to resize the logo either by the file or by positioning on the form.

The only other option that you could leverage is adding the logo manually to the template.
Administration >> Reports >> Template Maintenance
I would recommend that you keep the logo image size around 70 KB to prevent any performance issues.
