MS Dynamics GP Company Login Window - no security privilege to open

I am not able to use the switch company option from Company Login Window. When I click OK Window pops up with "You don't have security privileges to open this window............."

Can anybody help to resolve this issue ??

Have you checked your user security roles & tasks? Any User Role should have this privilege assigned to it. I would check your user security and see if security to this window was inadvertently removed.

Are there any tools to check and find the roles blocking the access ??

Looks like you have created a new role and didn't add the "Default" task, the default task contains al these forms and windows, just make sure that this task is added to your user role.

I added Dynamics' Default Tasks to the user ID, still I would like to know the Window name that has the privilege to switch companies.

Create a Dexsql.log and when you get the error post the last line for us in here. It will be a call on the SY10000 table.
