Deleting values from OOB Status Reason field

I am in the process of adding and removing values from the OOB Status Reason field. I was able to successfully do so, but when i import these changes via patch to the next environment, the original values that i deleted in the lower environment still exist. My new values carried over, but for some reason the old values will not go away. I can't manually make these changes in each environment for audit reasons, so i need these deleted values to carry over via patch. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    How did you import these values for the first time? Do you always use the same solution to import your customizations?

    If these values are imported by an old solution, you have to use this solution to remove these values.

    I manually make the changes in DEV. We create individual solutions for each ticket the business creates. We then import the patch from DEV to UAT. This is a new solution that was created specifically for this field.

    Hello,

    I guess needs to be done manually for OOTB "Status Reason" field.

    That change will not go with the normal solutions deployment.
