can't add row in management reporter

I have a user that is trying to add a row in management reporter. In the image below, row 6 was added. The user can enter the info into the row but when they click save, they get the error shown. How can we add this row without getting the error? Thank you.

Error: No unit name was specified for row 6. Enter a unit name or delete this row before saving.

From your screen shot, it looks like you have a column hidden, or a really small width. I think it may be Column 'B' Unit Name. Open or widen the column, and you should see a blank in that cell.
