Avoid "Manage"-menü (BC 19)

Hi,
on some list pages, a Manage menu (with Edit / View / Delete) is displayed in front of the usual menus (process, etc.). It's not clear to me when this happens and when it doesn't. And what can I do to avoid this?
I have the same question (0)

Maybe you can give us a screenshot to look at? That will make it easier to understand what you are thinking about.

Hi, As far as I know, this Manage menu is generally displayed at the top. It is determined by page properties. (InsertAllowed, ModifyAllowed... )

And the following processes, etc. are set in the PromotedActionCategories Property.

So I guess I don't have a way to avoid the Manage menu :-(

Background of the question was: In older NAV versions I had a home menu on which I could summarize all important promoted actions and which was also activated immediately when the page was called up. We miss that in BC. So I wanted to do this in the Process tab.

If the user then pin the action bar, they would have had the same result, provided Process came first. But now the Manage menu pushes itself in front of it again and again.

I was hoping that I could help the users - but I think, I have to give up and ask them to switch tabs with every page view. Unfortunately, another reason why they are frustrated with BC. But thanks for the tips anyway!

Hi, just adding another info, in the roadmap of the 2022 release wave2 (BC21), there are improvements to the action bar, so I think you can look forward to the next version, although the details are not known yet.

    Hope this helps as well.
