Smart list window position

Hello, 
 When I open up my smartlist the window opens and I can see it in the tool bar however it’s doesn’t come up on my screen! 
I read about the isssue of window position In the sy01402 
Any help is greatly appreciated.
below is a screen shot of my sy01402//

    Next step is to reset the SYUSERDFSTR value per the SQL statement below replacing XXXX with the actual GP user ID -
     
    update DYNAMICS..SY01402 set SYUSERDFSTR = 'TRUE~506~792~1~1~177~' 
where USERID = 'XXXX' and syDefaultType = '96'
    If that does not resolve the issue after relaunching Dynamics GP, then delete the setting for the user with the error using the following -
     
    delete Dynamics..SY01402 where syDefaultType='96'and syUSERID='XXXX'​​
     
    Ask the user log out of Dynamics GP and log in again. Now, have the user open the SmartLists, and the setting will be recreated and window open correctly.

    Hello,
     
    I've had to perform the same solutions recommended here but I've also been able to get the window moved by hovering over the GP icon in the windows taskbar, right clicking on it and then selecting the move option.  Then you can use your keyboard arrows to get it back into display.  It also attaches it to your mouse so you can move the cursor and the window will tag along.

    The easiest solution would be to delete the record from the system user defaults table as already suggested.
     
    Also GP Power Tools has features to remember the position, size and state of any window in GP AND also to ensure that the window never opens off screen.
     
    Window Positions are relative to the top left corner off the background of the main application window, below the toolbar and to the right of the shortcut bar.
     
    If you restore the main GP window and place it in the middle of your screen, then open your smartlist window, it will open lower (before the 0,0 point is lower) and then you can grab the window.
