Signin is not working for single user

Hi team,

I have created the eCommerce site through site builder. Site creation is completed and created the customer login with the same employee mail id which am using for D365 F&O login.

For the same day it worked and after 2 days, I am unable to login as the customer and now am facing issue to add the item to cart with the multiple error.

When I tried to click on signin it is navigating to homepage only and not allowing to me to add the items to cart as well. Could you please where I missed the configuration.

    It is working Now after the few symantic web service agent blocked by the admin team in laptop.. Thanks all for the valuable answers

    Sarika,

    Will the e-Commerce site allow you to create a new customer with a new email and add to cart or does the same error occur?

    Hi Sarika

    Thank you for contacting Microsoft Communities.

    Can you please verify the below information 

    1. Open HQ -> Commerce shared parameters workspace -> Identity Providers tab. Alternatively you can use the following SQL to find all the Identity Providers, Relying Parties, and Server Resource IDs for the customer environment

    2. Follow this public document to make sure the issuer is correctly set. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/commerce/set-up-b2c-tenant#obtain-issuer-url), Also, specifically for the SERVERRESOURCEID field make sure that it has the correct format.

    3.Run CDX job 1110 and make sure the job is successful, wait for 10 mins so that the cache is refreshed and then try accessing once again.
