It is indicating that, user doesn't have read access of email server profile.

I had to enable the alerts for them to appear. The error that I see in the alerts is
Appointments, contacts, and tasks can't be synchronized for the mailbox because the mailbox user doesn't have sufficient permissions on this mailbox.

Alerts are automatic once test run completed.
Open your mail box and select alerts at left side
Hi, I don't see anything in the alerts. How do I enable the alerts?
Check the alerts shown in mailbox. There you will get some details of failure
