Hi,

I wanted to explore Relationship Insights on my Dynamics 365 Trial environment. I'm not able to access or see any Relationship Insight features like Auto Capture or Email Engagement. I've signed up for a CRM4 (Europe) trial version.

Any idea on what am I missing? Please advise. Thanks.

Has it activated for EMEA yet?If hasn't. Do you have an estimate when it will be activated?

Starting from this week, the Relationship Insights preview features for Relationship Assistant, Auto Capture and Email Engagement should now be available in EMEA and other geos.

Hi Priyesh, I believe its currently only available for U.S. customers. Other regions such as UK have to opt due to the data for insights being stored on U.S. datacentres.
