Production Copy to Sanbox CRM Online

Hello,

I have done a full copy of the Production instance size 1.3TB to a sandbox instance and after the copy is succesfull i was not able to get into the sanbox it give a error.

I have already raised a support case with the Microsoft.

Any one faced similar issue?

Hi Sandy,

Can you please share the error details, and also please check the administration mode, the newly created copy environment is placed in administration mode. Only those with System Administrator or System Customizer security roles can sign in and manage the copy environment. Regular users cannot sign in and use the copy environment.

Raising a ticket to Microsoft support is the best choice. Microsoft support will help you to figure out the exact reason by checking the telemetry log. BTW, I didn't experience similar issue before.
